The camera on the new phone does not disappoint!
Since the phone arrived, I’ve been snapping pictures and videos left and right, trying to learn all the features of the new camera.
So, here are some pictures and videos capturing the everyday life of Graham over the past week.
Watching as Dada drives off to work (21 months, 22 days old):
Goofing off at the park (21 months, 22 days old):
Fun visit with Zane and Elizabeth at the park (21 months, 22 days old):
Realizing he was just caught after getting into the Q-tips (21 months, 25 days old):
Caught in the act again! (21 months, 26 days old):
Playing with a purse he kept slung around his arm for his entire play date with Kenzie (21 months, 25 days old):
Showing off his Halloween costume and enjoying some cake at his buddy Laurel’s 2nd birthday party. I also threw in a photo of me and some of my mommy friends enjoying the party while the daddies watched the kiddos (even though I didn’t take this picture myself and actually stole it from my friend Jenn’s blog). Thanks Jenn! (21 months, 22 days old):
Sweet photo of Daddy and Graham leaving the park. As Graham headed up the hill, he said “hand” and reached for Daddy to hold his hand as they climbed the hill (21 months, 23 days old):
Listening intently to story time at Growing Times (21 months, 24 days old):
Loving song time (“head, shoulders, knees, and toes”) at Growing Times II class (21 months, 21 days old):
After a short cry when I left him at the YMCA daycare, I loved coming back to find him sitting at the snack table, like a big boy, enjoying his sippy cup of water with his buddies (21 months, 21 days old):
Silly video of mischievous Graham doing more spitting than sipping of his water (21 months, 25 days old):
Fun video of Graham listening to the book his Great Aunt Jan recorded for him. Look at how excited he gets when he joins in (21 months, 25 days old):
Sweet, sweet photos we took when we went to visit the mommy of Graham’s good friend Penelope, with her brand new (4 day old) baby girl, Violet:
Cute Antics and Noteworthy Tidbits:
- I dropped a paper towel and Graham grabbed it and started scrubbing the floor on his hands and knees, saying “mess!”
- Whenever he comes into Mommy and Daddy’s room, Graham makes a beeline for the bed and says “jump on bed,” then once he climbs up, he says “really, really, careful” because he knows how careful he has to be if he is up on the bed.
- Whenever Graham hears a ding on our phones he says “text.”
- Graham is stringing more and more words together now. He says “xyz good!” so we know what he likes and now instead of just saying “’scuse me,” he says “’scuse me Dada” or “’scuse me highchair.”
- I’ve mentioned before that Graham loves the “Old MacDonald” song. Usually, he sings “ee-i-ee-i-o” plus the sound of the animal I choose. The other day he impressed me by starting the song, choosing a horse, and then remembering that he chose a horse so he should say “neigh,” all by himself!
