For President’s Day, we took Graham on a family outing to the Santa Barbara Zoo. I was really excited to show Graham all the animals because I thought he would finally be old enough to appreciate them, but he had a different idea in mind. All he wanted to do was play with Daddy in the grass.
They walked, ran, crawled, and generally just explored together:

We love this video because Graham is happily walking until he gets spooked by the birds flying overhead and instinctively goes down to his knees for safety! We have an adventurous but also cautious little guy on our hands:
