Apricot picking (2 years, 6 months, 4 days old)

Graham and I had such a great time picking apricots last year, that we jumped at the chance to go again this year.
When we arrived, Graham loved meeting the resident cat named Squeak.  She was very friendly and let Graham hug her, pet her, and pull her tail:

After picking out a bucket and two collection tools, we headed into the orchard.  Graham had to be reminded several times to keep his apricot picker pointed up:

We were encouraged to do lots of sampling along the way to help us determine which trees produced the fruit that was to our liking:

When we found a tree we liked, we started picking.  Graham used his tool, Mommy’s tool, and ultimately was most successful using his hands on the low hanging branches:

Yum, tastes good, let’s take some of these home:

Eventually, I needed to take a rest, so we relaxed on some benches that were shaded by grape vines.  Graham was content sitting with me, until Squeak came for a visit.  Graham jumped off the bench and had a great time playing with Squeak until we were ready to head out:

Thanks Vincent Farm, we will be back next year!
