Art, a Friday at BHY, and more (G: 5 years, 4 months, 8 days old / C: 2 years, 8 months, 28 days old)

I took pictures of some of the boys' art.  Carter loves drawing and art projects much more than Graham did at his age, but Graham has really started to get into art now that he is older and able to use more art supplies (scissors, glue, etc.) and draw more realistic pictures.

Carter art:

Graham art.  I'm obsessed with this watch.  It even has a velcro patch so it can be taken on and off.  So cool!

Daddy project before baby sister arrived.  We set up the swing but it wasn't working, so engineering Daddy took it apart to fix/understand the motor.  He got it working again but it would have been so difficult to reassemble that we ended up using a backup swing but put on the infant holder from the taken apart swing.  Perfect!  And now we know how the swing works internally so it is much easier to avoid potential breakage problems:

We went to a vintage car museum because they had a model train display.  The train display was OK but the cars were unbelievable and so neat to look at.  Nick and I could have spent a long time there, but the boys were testing out the vintage toys and climbing into the old cars, so we had to leave before we got busted:

Graham decorated a birthday card for his friend, so Carter had to decorate his own envelope as well:
Carter art.

Graham's birthday card.  Balloon, house, friend standing on grass with flower.

X-rated, but my last and final belly shot:

Graham's kindergarten assessment badge (with the four stickers showing that he completed the four assessment stations) and another piece of art.  A card to a friend with him and his friend and special heart drawn in the center:

A Friday at BHY:
Carter making Challah.

Graham the Shabbat boy.

After pick-up bonus play time.  Carter the super hero.
